Welcome
Welcome
Welcome

We have waited with much anticipation for our day to arrive and give thanks to God for creating both of us to be with one another. We are also very thankful that our families and friends could be with us to share this blessed experience with us. The love of everyone here warms our hearts and fills us with cherished memories. To our parents, who have been so patient and understanding and have given us so much love and encouragement, thank you

Welcome to our website! Take a minute and look through the pictures and read the stores.

Chad and I meet many years ago….. To hear Chad tell it we meet back in middle school to be honest I couldn’t tell you who Chad was at that time.  The first time I really remember meeting Chad I happen to be out with some girlfriends and he was out with some of his friends. We all started talking and as soon as I started to warm to Chad he told me was leaving, (as many of you know I can be somewhat of a smarty pants) and before I knew it I had told this guy TO NOT LET THE DOOR HIT YOU WERE THE GOOD LORD SPLIT YOU! I was so embarrassed that I had just said that he was shocked as well. I did walk him to his car even after saying what I had and before we knew it we were spending a lot of time together. Of course that was between school, practice, and games (football, basketball and softball).

I remember this one special time during the football regionals. I had just happened to get out of school early and had made a special trip to Chads school to see him before he left on the long journey to Meade County.  The guys on the team gave him such a hard time when they saw me and knowing that I was from another rivalry school and bearing gifts…. I thought it was great the guys were giving him a hard time about the balloons and the candy I had brought him.  Chad and I supported each other in our sporting events Chad watched me play in many games.

We both had started going on college visits I went to North Carolina on a visit when they offered me a full ride I walked away from the offer. Chad went to Missouri and EKU to name a couple and he as well walked away. The truth be told I think there was a reason we both walked away from what we both loved. Before we knew it we were graduating high school and heading off to college. We had thought things were going to be easy when went away.

The end of our first year of college was quickly approaching and things were changing with Chad and I. I still remember someone saying all good things must come to an end.  So as you see Chad and I split up and went our separate ways and down different roads. We had some trying times apart (family, friends, and relationships) that helped us grow and become stronger individuals. This period of time allowed us to realize the kind of person we want in our lives.

After many years apart almost 7 to be exact Chad and I found our way back to one another.  We talked and became friends then we started hanging out and didn’t want anything more than just a friendship. Well, after just six short months we became to realize there was so much more than just friends that we had become.   All the old feelings were surfacing and new ones had begun.

On December 6th 2010 I had just gotten home from work and was told we (Chad and I) were going to see the lights under Louisville (Christmas lights underground a place I had been wanting to see and if any of you know me you already know that Christmas is my favorite time of year) with my friend and her husband. I was so not in the mood to go it was cold and I had worked all day I even feel asleep in the car on our way there.  As soon as we started driving through the lights and listening to the music everyone was laughing and joking around. Before we knew it we were at the end and Chad started telling me how much he loved me and wanted to marry me and about that time he pulled out a ring and said those four words that ever girl wants to hear from the man she loves WILL YOU MARRY ME?  I guess what they say is true if you let something you love go and it comes back then it is truly meant to be!
