After the sun sinks into the sea in a colorful ball of fire, after we have feasted on island and mainland favorites, it will be time for us to experience a luau show that's out of this world! We will relax while sipping on tropical cocktails and enjoy the mesmerizing journey through Hawaii, Tahiti and Samoa, three of the seven main "flavors" of the Polynesian culture culminating with the spine-tingling, breathtaking gyrations of the famous Samoan fire-knife dance. We'll choose from an array of prime aged steaks, chops, bone-In New York, filet mignon, double pork chops and racks of lamb. All choices are grilled the classic way juicy, tender, with the flavors developed fully. This is a sanctuary for us steak aficionados. Our mouths are watering just thinking about it.
